DojoSync was born from the chaos of coordinating tournament attendance across five different apps — and grew into the platform schools use to run almost everything.
The Problem
Running a martial arts school is hard enough without the administrative chaos. Every tournament means juggling Google Calendar events, Facebook Group posts, SignUpGenius links, Venmo requests, and endless group text threads — and that's before you get to belt tests, memberships, and new-student follow-up.
Coaches spend hours tracking who's attending, who has paid, who needs a hotel room, and who can offer a ride. Front-desk staff juggle spreadsheets for testing and billing. Parents struggle to keep up with information scattered everywhere.

DojoSync isn't a generic team-management tool adapted for martial arts. It was built from day one for the specific needs of martial arts schools — tournament organizations like USAT, ATU, AAU, and NASKA; coaching-fee collection; belt tracks and rank testing; competitor tracking with weight classes and divisions; and membership management.
Every feature exists because a real coach, staff member, or parent needed it.
